Oracle EPM Consultant for the Nordic Region
Location: Sweden, Stockholm
Do you have experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, with Hyperion Financial Management or with similar applications (Black Line, Tagetik, One Stream, Cognos etc)?
Accenture is Oracle's largest partner globally, and we want to strengthen our team with a strong candidate within Enterprise Performance Management. Areas that are particularly interesting are financial consolidation and close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
As an EPM consultant in the Oracle department, you will:

Help customers understand leading business processes (best practices) so they can transform their business with Oracle

Identify strategies, risks and alternatives and be able to recommend an approach that avoids problems and helps the client meet their needs

Be able to lead, guide and advise a small project team as well as manage the project outcome (depending on the structure of the project)

Work agile and give customers different design options using prototypes

Setting up, documenting and testing the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodology

Work with customers and stakeholders to ensure they get where they want to go

Be a team player and gain the trust of the customer, your employees and manager to ensure that projects are delivered in a good way

Be a central figure in sales processes related to Oracle EPM opportunities

Contribute actively to delivering and following up on deliverables related to Oracle EPM

Collaborate closely with the CFO & Enterprise Value group in our Strategy & Consulting practice on topics related to Modern/Digital Finance

Stay up to date on relevant Oracle products and certifications to help your team with business development and sales

Enter into a European and global collaboration with experts within Oracle EPM

As a candidate for the position, you have:

Bachelor’s degree + work experience or a Master’s degree typically in economics, Finance, engineering or similar
-
4+ years of experience with solutions in financial reporting, budgeting, etc. This includes experience with the implementation of a solution from the customer- or supplier side.

Experience from corporate or public-sector accounting.

Overall (preferably detailed) knowledge of Oracle's product portfolio in the area

Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion or Oracle EPM Cloud, in particular the Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Financial Consolidation and Close modules.

Good understanding of accounting and knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP

Ability to communicate and collaborate well with both customers and colleagues

Fluent English and Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish (at C1 level) is an absolute requirement

Possibility to travel for shorter periods, and an interest in working in the Nordics
