TRAINER (M/F/D)
YOUR JOB:
- Implementation and further development of management and sales trainings for store managers
- Conception and development of new, practice-oriented training modules as well as creation and adjustment of training materials
- Didactic, target group-orientated implementation of learning content in words and images
- Self-responsible seminar-organization
- Cooperation to a sustainable training and educational controlling
- Supporting the operational units in the creation of training programs and workshops
- Collaboration in the creation of a sustainable leadership development program as well as in projects within the entire HR area
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial training with function-related training or academic education
- Pronounced rhetorical and didactic skills and conceptual strength
- Convincing moderation and presentation skills
- Very good empathy and high level of creativity
- Self-employed, structured and careful working method connected with one strong service orientation
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office
- Teamwork, flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of German and/or English are desirable
OUR OFFER:
The position is based in Malmö, Sweden and the start date is as soon as possible. The working hours are 40 hours per week (fulltime) and the position is permanent.
