Your Mission
As the Technical Project Leader, you will serve as a key technical leader within our organization, driving the design, development, and implementation of complex systems solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, leadership abilities, methodology, and a passion for solving challenging problems.
Your Responsibilities
- You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions. Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, where engineers are empowered to explore new ideas and approaches.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and engineering practices. Drive innovation by proposing new ideas, technologies, and approaches to solve technical challenges.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the engineering team and with other stakeholders. Keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and any potential roadblocks.
- Assure the way of working is according to EES R&D guidelines with agility and flexibility in mind to meet expected deadlines.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. You bring a minimum of 10 years of technical project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to first product delivery.
Your expertise includes strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, as well as proficiency in tools and software like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Teamcenter, and Polarion. Experience in electrification, safety and systems enigeering is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple disciplines, and work under pressure. You should also have strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Location and Travel
This position is based in Örebro, Sweden and includes the possibility for a hybrid workplace. Occasional global travel will be expected in the role. If a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, local terms and conditions will apply.
