Swapp Agency AB, a leading Employer of Record (EOR) company, is seeking an experienced Steel Mill Hot Mill Construction Manager to join our growing operations team. This full-time position is based at the H2 Green Steel job site in Boden, Sweden. We are looking for a driven and skilled manager who will be responsible for overseeing construction activities in a critical area of the steel mill's development.

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage all aspects of construction in the Hot Mill area, reporting directly to the Head of Construction.
. Oversee and coordinate Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services and manage subordinate contractors.
. Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, adherence to project schedules, and delivery of high-quality work within the designated area.
. Lead the execution of construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
. Drive communication and collaboration between contractors and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective operation of construction efforts.

Qualifications:
. Proven experience as a Construction Manager in large-scale industrial projects, ideally within steel mill environments.
. Strong background in EPCM management and experience working with contractors in large-scale industrial construction.
. Deep understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality.
. Ability to work on-site in Boden, Sweden, and manage a complex team of professionals.
