Service Manager - Identity and Access Management
The Service Manager for Identity and Access Management (I&AM) is responsible for overseeing the I&AM services within the organization. This role ensures the secure and efficient management of user identities and access privileges, aligning with the organization’s security policies and compliance requirements. The Service Manager will lead the I&AM service, manage IAM projects, and collaborate with various external subject matter experts to enhance security measures and user experience.
o Oversee the daily operations of IAM services, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
o Monitor and manage IAM systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
o Handle escalations and provide resolution for IAM-related issues
• Project Management:
o Plan, execute, and manage IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other IT systems and applications.
o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for IAM projects.
• Compliance and Security:
o Ensure IAM practices comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
o Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processes and systems.
o Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to understand and address IAM needs.
o Communicate IAM policies and procedures to stakeholders and provide training as needed.
o Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices within the organization

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM or IT security roles.
- Proven experience in managing IAM services and teams.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft IAM technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of cloud security and IAM in cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
