We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Swedish and English speaking) for a company in Västerås. Start ASAP, 3 months contract to begin with.
Your role and responsibilities As a core member of the Management team in the Large Motors & Generators Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR’s overall contribution to the business. You will work closely with leaders to understand key business drivers, both current and long-term, and identify where HR can add the most value. Your mission is to translate business objectives into HR priorities, ensuring they are effectively implemented together with managers and the HR team that you lead. In collaboration with the Centers of Expertise and global business services. At the heart of our vision is the belief that everyone should be empowered to reach their full potential at work. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the strategies and initia-tives that will help us meet these goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving high performance in the Large Motors & Generators Division, aligned with global busi-ness standards, KPIs, and targets.
Representing HR within the broader business, building strong relationships with leaders, and providing expert guidance on HR matters.
Ensuring that the organizational and people capabilities needed for future success are clearly identified and acted upon.
Using HR analytics to interpret key organizational trends and dynamics and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications for the role:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Several years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience working in a blue-collar-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple demands and work in cross-functional teams.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
This is a full-time, 75% on-site, consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is ASAP, 3 months contract to begin with.
