Retail Sales Manager
Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. Here at Najell, you get the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand. Our office is located attractively in the centre of Lund. Our turnover has increased with around 100% in the last couple of years and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees in 2025.
Is it you that we are looking for?
The Role
- Strengthen existing partnerships with retailers
- Build the Najell brand through events and partnerships
- Create an event structure that supports Najells global market plan
- Find retail locations and hire store managers for flagship stores in multiple cities
- Develop strong in store concepts for both Najell stores and partner stores.
- Lead Najells global partnership organisation.
You
- Strong retail management experience
- 5-10 years minimum working experience
- Relevant higher education
- A strong desire to compete and reach high targets
- A proven ability to make people align towards common goals
- Fluent in at least 1 Scandinavian language plus English.
- Have strong personal and intercultural skills
