While Process Developer is your core competence, you will have the opportunity to contribute in different fields of development with different tasks based on business needs. You use your knowledge and previous experience to contribute on needed topics so the team can reach set goals. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver as part of a digital product team with set priorities.
Improve, develop, and maintain process documentation according to defined framework (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications, learning material, etc.).
Develop, and maintain process/sub-process design and propose improvements.
Gather, understand, and analyze the business benefits of identified process improvement potentials.
Facilitate the way of working with process-oriented business development.
Lead, manage, and/or support process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with related functions for holistic business solutions.
Ensure consistency among interconnected processes
Participate in external networks for benchmarking and enhancing knowledge.

Knowledge of IKEA’s business model, value chain, and deeper knowledge in specific processes, especially in network planning or flow planning, is an advantage.
