Junior Analysts to M&A Transaction Services (Malmö) - Aug 2025
In M&A Transaction Services we help our clients in connection to acquisition or sale of companies. Our work includes financial analysis of historical trading and balance sheets and to assess consistency in forecasts compared to historical trends, order books and other known factors, to get the best possible basis for valuing a business. Our work supports a buyer with relevant knowledge to make a valuation of a business and to understand operational and financial assets and liabilities as well as other risks to be considered in a transaction. Our clients include both domestic and international private equity firms and strategic corporates.
As an Analyst in our M&A Transaction Services team you’ll contribute to the team with financial analysis, preparation of agendas for management interviews and drafting of due diligence reports. We value teamwork and team spirit highly and always work collaboratively. You will work and learn alongside more senior team members that will support you in your development to become an expert in managing due diligences for both buyers and sellers of companies.
Within M&A Transaction Services , we are looking for analysts with a completed master’s degree to join our team in Stockholm /Malmö in August 2025

Within M&A Transaction Services , we are looking for analysts with a completed master’s degree to join our team in Stockholm /Malmö in August 2025
Qualifications
- A graduate degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent with good academic results
- An interest in financial analysis and a strong commercial drive
- A strong willingness to be challenged and developed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language
- Strong MS Excel and Power Point skills
- A flexible attitude and can handle stress in a positive way as we sometimes work with short deadlines
