Could you be the full-time Hardware Team Lead in Vasteras we’re looking for?
Your future role As Program Development Hardware Engineer you shall coordinate, in collaboration with the Group Manager, the work packages within the Program. You will manage projects, activities, high level planning, stakeholders, and resources. You will also lead the Program development activities as well as sprint planning. You will support the Group Manager and the team with agile methodology.
We will look to you for:
Being Work Package responsible for two-three larger cross functional activities
First point of contact against stakeholders outside HW Team, interaction and feedback internally with colleagues outside of the team (E.g. obsolence, production issues GPV, service, traction)
Analyze together with Group Manager resource utilization and reduce risk of delays in programs and task commitments from the HW Team

Degree in or passion for hardware design
Experience or understanding of engineering and product development
Ability to compromise, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Fluent in English and preferably Swedish
