Join Our Team as a Fabricator & Fitter
Our company is seeking an experienced Fabricator & Fitter to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will contribute directly to the fabrication, installation, and production of metal or composite structures and components. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about precise workmanship and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install and test metal or composite products and equipment as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, grind, paint, and shape metal or composite parts with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect components for compliance with quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the manufacturability of designs.
• Assembly everything from small test objects to advanced assemblies that are the first of its kind.
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety procedures and protocols.
• Document work progress and maintain detailed records of completed tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• School diploma or equivalent experience or technical training in fabrication work or fitter is preferred.
• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, fitting, and/or assembly work.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to operate hand tools and sophisticated machinery, such as brake presses and shearing machines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
