Haley Tek is on a mission to develop an Infotainment platform that is easy to use for our customers. We enable Google Automotive Services for current and future Volvo and Polestar models. Our mission is also to expand our offer to other automotive brands seeking an efficient and customer friendly infotainment system based on Android experience.

We are expanding our R&D organization and looking for an Engineering manager to be a part of this journey.
As an Engineering Manager you will work together with your Agile leader to develop our key assets, our developers. Together with our Product owner you will work and support the strategic product roadmap. You will work together with your team and leaders to make sure our product on the road gives the best experience to the end customers. You will be a part of the R&D Management team with other Engineering Managers and our delivery team. Together we enable our company to deliver and be the first choice for our current and future talents.
You will be manager within areas building enables both for our platform as well as for enabling speed for our developers. You will also have a team building parts of emulator for 3rd party developers. The teams are a cruise part of enabling power states of the system as well as understanding system behaviours of Haley Tek GAP (our platform).

You and your skills
You set the context for our team to navigate in the daily work. You have the ability to see and find the skills needed to deliver on our mission. You are passionate to be part of building and expanding our company both in capacity, culture and product portfolio. You have the ability to contribute to the company goals and challenges cross development teams. You have at some point in your career worked as a SW developer and can guide and build development teams that will deliver upon our mission. To meet our expectation you need to have experience as a leader.
