Job Title: Electrical QA/QC Supervisor
Location: Data Centre Project, Sweden
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector, supporting major data center projects across Europe. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to join a dynamic team on large-scale data center projects in Sweden. This is a contract-based role with a reputable client, focusing on ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure all electrical installation work meets the project’s QA/QC standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, testing, and verification of electrical systems.
Manage and document all quality control procedures, including electrical systems testing, inspections, and commissioning.
Work closely with the project management team to address and resolve any quality or compliance issues.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and Swedish safety standards.
Ensure that all electrical work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and client expectations.
Prepare detailed reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action plans.
Participate in audits and lead quality-related meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support to the site team to maintain continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role, with a focus on electrical systems.
Prior experience working on data center or similar large-scale industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in Sweden or the EU.
Proven experience in electrical system inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and electrical schematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
EU electrical certification or equivalent.
Experience working on mission-critical environments such as data centers, pharmaceutical, or high-tech facilities.
