Job Mission: As a Director Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets. - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Product Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. - Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure product success. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Ensure products meet market demands and customer needs.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development and product management team. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Manage resource allocation and budgeting for the department.
Market and Customer Focus:
