Customer Advisor - relocation to Cyprus

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Role: Swedish Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 1350 euro net p/m - you do not pay income tax but you will pay 11% on social services (which includes healthcare therefore net monthly salary around 1200 euro p/m), also option to earn 250 euro bonus p/m.
Working hrs: Full Time - rotational between Monday-Sunday 9.00-22.45
Relocation: Excellent relocation support - you can choose from the following 2 options:
Option 1) Book your own flight and arrange your own accommodation – receive €1000 from the company
Option 2) Book your own flight (up to €300 refund for the flight cost) and stay in our accommodations for up to two months. First month “for free”, the second month for a cost of €100.
Regardless of what option the candidate chooses, the company will of course help with all administration and assist with finding long-term accommodation.
The Company
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently have 70 offices in over 23 countries. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful port city on the south coast of Cyprus in Larnaca, they are looking to recruit Swedish speaking support agents to join their online financial services project.
The Role
As a Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email and social media channels to customers of a fintech company that provides online financial services. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
Requirements

Fluent Swedish and English
Previous Customer service experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task

Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of 1350 euro p/m plus performance related bonuses. Fully paid training is provided. Other benefits include special discounts and offers in selected local restaurants, cafés, gyms and much more. Working in an international environment where regular team events and activities are provided. Free Greek and English lessons offered. A relocation package is offered for those relocating from outside Cyprus which includes one of the following 2 options:
