Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Bruegmann (Denmark/Sweden)

For maximum flexibility, you should be based near an airport in Denmark or Sweden.
Description of Role
This Job reflects the dual focus on managing key accounts and emphasizing the technical expertise required for the role:
Establishing strong relationships with leading retail companies and petrol station chains in Sweden and drive sales
Implementing effective shelf management programs to optimize product presentation and ensure precise technical execution
Main duties:
  • Key account management
  • Implementing effective shelf management programs to optimize product presentation and ensure precise technical execution.
  • Participating in product development initiatives.
  • Promoting the Bruegmann brand in market
  • Participating in national / international trade fairs
Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical skills and understanding of shelving systems and retail (convenience, gas station, hyper markets) operations.
  • Several years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager in the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of shelf management and product placement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with modern CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
