Job Description:
Responsibilities
Accountable for aeronautical sourcing activity, manages the tendering and the
contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with
Company requirements.
Monitors the contract with suppliers and Company stakeholders, ensuring the
complete application of contract terms and its full performance in all dimensions
(Logistics, support, quality, cost...).
Leads, drives and manages suppliers and supply chain related projects under AHE
portfolio to maximize internal and external customer value, while minimizing total
product cost & risks.
Monitors and challenges suppliers operations to ensure a timely procurement,
ensuring products are delivered on time, cost and quality to our internal customers in
close collaboration with Supply Chain and Suppliers Quality.
Main activities
Strategic Procurement management for the full supply scope within AHE.
Builds fruitful relationships with suppliers and settles binding commitments to ensure
the best contractual conditions for the company, including but not limited to
competitive prices, challenging OTD and OTQ performance, sustainable and reliable
sourcing.
Negotiates contracts and potential liquidated damages along the corresponding
claims.
Export control compliance all across procurement governance.
Main deliverables
Contracts, contract amendments and tendering processes on time and complying
with OP targets.
Claims and LD’s routines, communication and negotiation.
Prices and cost variance booster and controlling.
Parts deliveries in accordance with OTD, OTC and OTQ targets.
