Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer queries for various issues related to products or services.
Troubleshooting any problems clients may have via telephone, e-mail, or chat
Provide information about products and services to the customers over the phone.
Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so.
Provide technical/non-technical phone support to customers.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and B2 or medium-level of English Language
Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues will be an advantage.
Excellent level of computer and internet using skills with MS Office
Should have the adaptability to a fast-paced work environment in the company.
Customer-oriented approach that is capable of matching the brand’s reputation.
General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly gross basic salary
2 extra full salaries paid per year (pro rata)
Monthly performance bonus (some projects give this bonus)
If working on Sunday or Greek holidays (75% extra of day's salary)
