As our Sales Intern for Hospitality Academy, you will be the main point of contact for our potential students and are responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs and courses. You will be acting as an admissions recruiter, providing students with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively providing world-class education in a lot more accessible platform.
Handle daily administrative tasks and take initiative in supporting students as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem-solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur. Organize your time efficiently and set personal deadlines to achieve your targets. Handle our sales software and continuously analyze & monitor your KPIs to ultimately improve your sales numbers and achieve increasingly more success.
You will form long-lasting relations with your students and ensure that they will achieve their dreams by providing them access to top education and certification to allow them to work abroad. Provide personalized service, and adapt to different situations on a daily basis. You are responsible that the students are successful in achieving their goals by going out of your way to assist, encourage and support them however you see fit!
Requirements
Experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions - preferably management experience
Ability to inspire your team to achieve increasingly better results
Fluent level of English, Spanish is a valuable plus
Great command of MS Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Being a real Team Leader and Hospitalian at heart
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
Passionate about hospitality
Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)

Create partnerships with hospitality institutions around the world
Research/ develop and execute strategic partnerships in different markets and grow the brand of Hospitality Academy
Offer guidance on the various exciting programs & courses at Hospitality Academy
Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
Responsible for tracking students and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
Utilize Hub Spot and CRM to track & process students efficiently
Connect with aspiring hoteliers with Top tier education
