KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Medical Campaigns and correspondence with parents
  • Care and supervision of students in need of medical care
  • Control and supply of medicines to all persons at the school.
  • Accident control and Insurance claims. (Mutua)
  • To register and maintain records of allergies and special nutritional requirements of all staff and students and liaising with the catering company.
  • Training for staff and students on health and wellness issues
  • Organizing annual medical checkups for all staff
  • Informing all staff of students with special medical needs
  • Maintenance of all first-aid kits

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:

  • High level of English and Spanish
  • Flexible, positive and “can-do” attitude to work
  • Medical training and experience
  • Full understanding of Equal Opportunities and able to implement it in everyday practice.
  • To communicate clearly and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
  • To have excellent management skills and to be able to follow the school’s disciplinary code.

Desirable:

  • Similar experience in a business or academic environment.
