Su función principal será diseñar, implantar y gestionar los servicios técnicos de infraestructura y comunicaciones en el marco de servicios gestionados para clientes.
What you'll be doing
Descripción del puesto y responsabilidades:
- Trabajará en colaboración con otros ingenieros L3 de Infraestructura de cliente tanto en tareas de proyecto de nuevas plataformas/soluciones/ubicaciones, mejora de las existentes y/o modificaciones de arquitectura, como en labores de troubleshooting avanzado de incidencias complejas
- Trabajará también en colaboración con fabricantes, evaluando nuevas tecnologías (Po Cs)
- Constituirá un referente técnico en su área de expertise
Experiencia Requerida:
- Titulación requerida: Ingeniería Técnica o Superior de Telecomunicaciones o Informática
- Experiencia demostrable de al menos 8 años en funciones de soporte y diseño de redes comunicaciones e infraestructura, tanto on-premise como cloud
- Conocimientos avanzados de arquitectura y diseño de redes TCP/IP de gran complejidad, LAN, Campus, WAN, WIFI (Aruba, Extreme), SDWAN (Silver Peak, Aruba, Meraki), Routing/switching multifabricante (Cisco, Arista), soluciones de redes definidas por software (SDN) y entornos multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
- Experiencia y conocimientos demostrables en el diseño y gestión de redes y servicios con Aruba Central, y control de acceso con Aruba Clearpass
- Se valorará experiencia con herramientas de diseño y optimización de redes WIFI (Ekahau)
- Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y metodología Dev Ops
- Conocimientos de programación básica/scripting (Python), automatización (Ansible, Terraform)

Certificaciones:
Se valorarán certificaciones relevantes en tecnologias relacionadas tales como:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Architect Expert
- AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate
- Aruba Product Specialist Central (APSC)
- Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions (ECMS1 & ECMS2)
- Ekahau ECSE Design
- CCNP, y certificaciones técnicas avanzadas como CCIE
Softskills:
- Trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación con cliente y proveedores
- Habilidades de escritura técnica
- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva
- Capaz de trabajar bajo presión y con gran responsabilidad (gestionando infraestructura crítica)
