Your Missions
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Business Development Manager to manage and optimize our inbound lead generation strategies. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing and supporting our customers, and converting customers needs into pipeline revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 to 10 indvidual contributors, you will be working across EMEA with key stakeholders from marketing teams to business planning teams to sales and VP´s of our organization to effectively and strategically work towards common goals. The ideal candidate will have strong decision making skills, proactive approach to business, creativity in achieving goals and able to collaborate across countries, cultures and regions throughout EMEA. You will have a strong background in coaching and development, people first approach, process and change management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast changing and improving environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, leading people through change, proactively approaching challenges and putting the customer at the forefront of each decision.
