A temporary position for a HR Business Partner has arisen with Airbus, Illescas (Spain).
Responsabilities:
- Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
- Advising the business on all people related matters.
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
- Support and encourage the development of all employees.
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
Skills:

Education: Labour Relations, Law, Business, Psycology or related filed.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience. H aving completed an internship at Airbus would be a plus.

Data Management & Labour Relations Knowledge

Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
