We are seeking a Fill & Finish Technician who will play a key role on the structure of the company in Manufacturing.

We are seeking a Fill & Finish Technician who will play a key role on the structure of the company in Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, control and execute fill and finish stages.
- Manage the agreed planning of the filling and finishing stages.
- Detect and warn of situations that may endanger either the person or the product and propose solutions.
- Perform environmental monitoring.
- Interacting with other departments in order to achieve the objectives established.
- Interact with suppliers.
- Participate in the definition of validation steps and their execution.
- Collaborate in the creation of documentation.
- Participate in the department's requirements planning, both material and human resources.
- Coordinate and participate in staff training.
- Document completion and review.
- Ensure that the process is executed according to SOP.
- University degree in health sciences (biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering or similar).
- Master's or postgraduate degree in health sciences is desirable.
- Experience in Fill and Finish.
- Experience on execution of aseptic processes
- Experience in visual inspection and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Experience in drug manufacturing.
- NCF/GMP knowledge.
- High/medium level of English, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (valuable).
- Proactive and positive attitude to change and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated passion for producing high-quality work.
- Proactive management and positive attitude to change and challenges.
