After successfully position our product in the Spanish market, we are expanding our footprint worldwide! We are looking for a new Customer Support and Training to join us in this purpose!
What your daily work will look like:
Answer and manage any ticket using JIRA to successfully solve the issues. Be the frontline of our Help Center answering any query or request from our customers. Carry custom reports and studies to analyze and improve customer's loyalty club results. Support the Customer Success Manager with our customers budget, campaigns, and ROIs. Prepare and give training on the different modules of our platform. Collect and manage customers' feedback to contribute to new valuable ideas to develop the product. What your background looks like: + 1 / 2 years of previous experience as a Customer Support or Service / Support Specialist / Training Specialist Preferable, have experience in Saa S B2B companies. English proficiency is mandatory Proficiency in Excel. Controlling other analytical tools is a plus Proficiency in Spanish Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or any related field. You have a very analytical mindset and an eye for detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
