Business Analyst - French projects at Agile Delivery Center
The Agile Delivery Center Spain @ Capgemini still growing thanks to new and innovative international projects from our important customers who place their trust in us every day. We are an Agile Delivery center based in Valencia and Murcia. We work with large international clients in innovative application development projects, following a distributed agile model for all Europe.
We're looking for Business Analysts with at least 4 years of experience in software development projects, with fluent French , very passionate in technology and interested to be involved in a high-tech talent ecosystem, multicultural environment, and in an active and dynamic and open-minded culture.

YOUR ROLE
As a Business Analyst you are responsible for closely interacting with clients, understanding their problem areas, translating their problem areas into business requirements or use cases, documenting the scenarios if required. The analysis should include elaborating and carefully documenting the business and functional (and non-functional) logic for the required business case. You may also be required to document the business scenarios using business processes, use cases, user stories, wireframes, logical data models, requirements (functional + non-functional) and other deliverables required for prototyping the application.

- Strong skills in conducting requirements gathering workshops with clients
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong user research skills
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills; fluent in French both written and spoken is required

Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
YOUR TASKS
- Writing the user stories or the use cases for the business case on a level that the functional/developers can implement
- Interview the customer to find out the needs
- Own and manage product backlog
- Be the product owner, being link between the development team and the customer
- Delivery of the business analysis, including business processes, user stories, use cases, and/or mock-ups
- Designing a user friendly and feasible solution
