We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to become a part of our team.
Job Description
- Find optimal offers in relevant geos;
- Work with an existing partner database and finding new ones (communication, offer terms negotiation);
- Maintain reports and providing regular updates (weekly, monthly);
- Work with TDS (Keitaro);
- Track and analyze traffic metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Understand Affiliate/Performance Marketing, including knowledge of key geographies (geos) and rates;
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of affiliate management, such as trackers, postback, and click ID;
- Experience and basic understanding of task management tools;
- Excellent productivity, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines;
- Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2;
- Ability to work with statistics and perform basic data analysis;
- Familiarity with key affiliate program management concepts like traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, and ROMI;
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles;
- Experience in sales or marketing.
