En Avincis, multinacional del sector aeronáutico, buscamos incorporar a una persona para la posición de Administrativo/a de Personal, en nuestras instalaciones de Mutxamel, Alicante.
Tu misión será gestionar la documentación de empleados a nivel contractual garantizando la calidad del dato en todos los procesos en los que participes.
Funciones principales:
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you and request your consent, or that of your legal representative, to incorporate your data into the files of AVINCIS, as data controller, and to process them in order to carry out your selection process and maintain a comprehensive relationship with you. The NIF of the Data Controller is A-03125010 and the address is Aeródromo de Mutxamel, Partida la Almaina, nº92, CP: 03110, Mutxamel, Alicante. In this act you give your consent to the transfer of your data, present and future, to those companies and professionals who need your services for the proper completion of the order made by the Data Controller. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the manner and in accordance with the procedures established in the aforementioned Organic Law, by writing to the above address or to the e-mail address recruiting_iberia@avincis.com. The owner of the data is responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, authenticity and relevance of the Personal Data provided. Tu misión será gestionar la documentación de empleados a nivel contractual garantizando la calidad del dato en todos los procesos en los que participes.
Funciones principales:
- Realizar todas las tareas relacionadas con la contratación de los empleados: gestión de los contratos, prórrogas, llamamientos de Fijos Discontinuos, Fijos y mantenimiento de los expedientes de los empleados.
- Garantizar el manteniendo de la Base de Datos de los empleados para los datos fiscales, bancarios y referidos a las categorías, para un correcto abono de la nómina.
- Gestión de partes IT y AT, así como prestaciones de nacimiento.
- Asegurar la eficiencia y las buenas prácticas relacionada la normativa laboral y resolver las cuestiones surgidas de nuestro Convenio Propio: vacaciones, permisos retribuidos...
- Gestión y asesoramiento para el sistema de fichaje de la compañía.
- Titulación mínima de FP Superior o Grado en Relaciones Laborales.
- Recién licenciados o experiencia 1 año en asesoría (muy valorable).
