Job Description
Your role as a Store Stylist is Working at the heart of fast-paced fashion business, in your store you create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting customer experience in line with the H&M brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity to make us the No. 1 fashion destination. You meet the expectations of customers and colleagues at all times, as well as following all H&M procedures and standards.


Key responsibilities

• Support and inspire your store team with window and styling trainings and educate them on seasonal trend information.
• Follow up the H&M Visual Identity through implementation of the Commercial Handbook and secure well-styled GTL mannequins in windows and in store and make sure the styling is according to each customer profile.
• Drive inspiration in windows and a-areas with a strong styling with fashion key pieces in focus.
• Organize, provide and carry out visual trainings for all colleagues to support that windows and styling are in line with the Commercial Handbook.
• Perform daily Customer rounds to maximize and action styling and window opportunities.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Store Stylist, we believe you have a keen eye for design, the ability to stay current with the latest fashion trends, and a proactive mindset to identify creative opportunities. Rather than relying solely on experience, we value individuals who bring a fresh perspective, strong visual skills, and a passion for developing new concepts based on trend analysis.


What you need to succeed:

• Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate our customers’ needs
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
  
• Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
  
• The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly to all team members
