About Us:
We are a reputable company in the air-conditioning industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Department Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with technicians, clients, and suppliers while overseeing service-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with technicians and schedule their work assignments
Communicate with clients, handle complaints, and ensure satisfactory service delivery
Prepare quotations and invoices accurately
Manage relationships with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of services
Ensure efficient and prompt resolution of service-related issues
Monitor and manage service department performance to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
Conduct regular check-ins with technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and troubleshoot any issues
Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance schedules for clients
Provide training and support to technicians
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in the air-conditioning or related industry (service or technical support roles preferred)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
