Sales Representative
Job Description:
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Handle customer inquiries, both online and over the phone, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation for each transaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and stock levels.
- Assist in generating sales reports and tracking key performance metrics.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on leads.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Address customer service issues and work to resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience in sales or administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
