We are looking for a Vibrant, enthusiastic, and goal driven candidate to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, build up sales processes, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement comprehensive sales growth strategies with company goals.
•Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
•Build strong relationships with key clients, and partners to promote business development.
•Support the sales team in best practices for achieving growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Leadership abilities
- Problem-solving
- Customer-focused mindset
- No experience is required but preferred
- Pass MATRIC or NQF level 4 equivalent
