We are an established International Courier Company seeking individuals to join our teams in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Valid Grade 12/ Matric qualification with Mathematics and/ or Accountancy and/or related tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in face to face servicing clients with in an international courier industry.
A proven track record in successful customer retention and servicing within an international courier business industry.
Courier industry experience compulsory.
Valid Driver’s licence with own vehicle, registered in own name is compulsory.
Experience using CRM software would be advantageous.

MINIMUM SKILLS:

Working knowledge of MS Office and experience using CRM software advantageous.
Proficiency in English as well as an African language would be beneficial.
Above average written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates with a credit and or criminal or pending record will not be considered.
Communication – Oral and verbal: ability to convey among others clear and unambiguous messages. Respond appropriately to queries and requests internally and from customers.
Listening – demonstrates active listening skills
Interpersonal relationships – responds appropriately to needs of customer
Planning, organizing and controlling – takes accountability for own results. Demonstrates high attention to detail is methodical in delivery of service and follows through on agreed deliverables. Has ability to conduct multiple tasks to conclusion whilst maintaining accuracy and meeting timeframes.
Personal effectiveness – high standards of honesty and integrity, ethical, ability to exercise assertiveness when required, operates under pressure.
