Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Constantia
Hotel & Spa in the Constantia area is looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, and growing revenue streams. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate promotional activities, social media campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including brochures, newsletters, and digital assets for online platforms.
- Manage the hotel’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, ensuring timely responses to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and event coordination.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and special packages that attract guests
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.
- Maintain and update the hotel’s website, ensuring that all content is current and aligns with marketing objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, website management platforms, and analytics software.
