Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Constantia

Hotel & Spa in the Constantia area is looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, and growing revenue streams. Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate promotional activities, social media campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including brochures, newsletters, and digital assets for online platforms.
Manage the hotel’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, ensuring timely responses to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Support the sales team with lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and event coordination.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and special packages that attract guests
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.
Maintain and update the hotel’s website, ensuring that all content is current and aligns with marketing objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, website management platforms, and analytics software.
A passion for luxury hospitality, tourism, and guest experiences.
