Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, welcoming manner
Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer requirements
Demonstrate and showcase products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Close sales deals
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Proactively identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent
Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours, including evenings and weekends
