Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations
- Provide cordial assistance to customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain confidence and professionalism when interacting with the public.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and respond to their needs promptly and politely.
- Stock Control
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Stock shelves and merchandise the store according to brand standards.
- Place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and events, promoting the Versus brand.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Open and close the store strictly according to shop hours, ensuring a smooth start and end to each business day.
- Sales
- Process payments accurately, ensuring a quick and efficient checkout experience for customers.
- Balance daily sales.
- Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the management team.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
