Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of orders from placement to fulfilment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and meet monthly reporting goals.
- Collaborate with debtors, creditors, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure effective efficiency.
- Maintain and implement operational processes to uphold company standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position or role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Must be computer literate
- Proven ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5+ years experience in the hardware/retail industry.
