We are looking for a motivated and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our agency that is based in the heart of Cape Town (Office or remote-based). You will be responsible for attracting, screening, assessing and shortlisting of quality candidates. We have a great reputation when it comes to recruiting and training top talent at high-end establishments across South Africa, UK and the UAE.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

Talent sourcing - identify and source potential candidates through job portals, networking and social media.
Uploading candidate details on online recruiter system (back-office support is available for this).
Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
Candidate screening assessments and shortlisting - review CVs, match candidates with relevant roles, conduct interviews and shortlisting of candidates.
Building a talent pool of qualified and quality candidates.
Understand the unique demands what it takes to be a recruiter in the hospitality industry.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends and skills needed for emerging roles in the hospitality industry.
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager as well as the back office support team to understands the recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Submitting CVs to clients and coordinating interviews as requested.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Enhancing candidate experience with timely communication, transparent process and feedback.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in either Hospitality/Tourism/HR or similar.
Previous working experience in high-end hotels/restaurants (essential).
Highly organised, self-motivated and has excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
Must have good expereince using social media platforms
Be familiar with Canva and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).

Monday - Friday from 08h00 - 17h00 (weekends off).
