CARtime is looking for a receptionist and administrator for our Brits, North West branch The candidate needs to have the following attributes:
Must have at least a matric.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
be able to read and write in English and Afrikaans
Must have operated or be able to operate a pbx system.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Be able to handle client bookings for national branches.
Must have knowledge of Facebook and social media.
Experience in the motor vehicle industry.
Must be able to work on a high pressure environment
Must be friendly and courteous
Must be able to use Microsoft excel and word
Must have drivers license
Working hours - Mon - Fri 07H00 - 17H30 - Sat 07H30 - 13H00
