Treasury ONE Group of Companies is seeking a talented Project Coordinator - Bank Connectivity to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate bank connectivity projects for our valued clients, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced cash visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Bi-Weekly Client Meetings: Guide discussions, ensure alignment of project objectives, and address client needs.
- Serve as the Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact among clients, banks, and the implementation team, fostering effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee Bank Connectivity Setup: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the correct connectivity methods (SFTP, SWIFT MT940, API) are implemented efficiently.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Perform bank account reconciliations and checks to guarantee the integrity of data integrated into our Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients, banks, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of MT940 bank statements, SWIFT messaging, and various file transfer routes.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and foster collaboration.
- Organisational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexible mindset that thrives on change and embraces evolving project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
