Head Office Hotel Group - Based in Bryanston.
Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
- Answering or referring inquiries;
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
- Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks;
- The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Organization – whether greeting visitors or answering phones, receptionists must stay on top of their to-do lists
- Friendliness
- Active Listening
- Technology Adaptability
- Memory
- Communication
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Valid RSA ID
- The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language, must maintain a good company image & have an outgoing personality. Previous experience in a professional environment will be beneficial.
