Team Leader – Marketing & E-Commerce Team Leader We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic marketing and e-commerce department at our Claremont office full time, reporting directly to the E-Commerce & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of various job roles. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team in executing innovative marketing & e-commerce strategies across various platforms. You will need strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive brand growth and engagement while maintaining Laura James' unique tone of voice. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team across social media, marketing, CRM, and customer review relations.
Assist in developing and implementing our results-driven marketing strategy across all digital channels.
Work closely with merchandising and Algolia software, ensuring new products are appropriately boosted and overstock items are prioritised when necessary.
Lead product launches & on going updates, including descriptions, dimensions, imagery and internal linking to optimise online visibility.
Oversee and contribute to all social ads campaigns & strategies, leveraging insights to maximize ROI.
Manage Klaviyo email campaigns, including flows, segmentation and performance tracking.
Oversee and contribute to all marketing graphics that support content across social media accounts, the website and email campaigns.
Analyse and report on social media, email, and website performance metrics to optimise strategies in GA4.
Ensure all content, including copywriting, reflects the Laura James tone of voice.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge and experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok) and social ads.
Demonstrated copywriting skills tailored to brand identity.
Ability to manage and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
Graphic design skills to create visually engaging marketing materials for digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
