Manual Milling Artisan

- Formal Tertiary education: Trade Tested Toolmaker/Turner machinist

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on manual mill
- Read mechanical manufacturing drawings
- Must have experience in working with raw material
- Knowledge and experience with safety procedures within the workshop and on customer sites.

Languages:
- English – Read, write and speak (required)
- Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)
- Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings and manufacturing of all items broken down to individual components
- Ability to operate and machine components on manual milling machines
- Good Communications Skills
- Timing and quality of finished goods
- Proficient on workshop equipment and machines
- Work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets as assigned
- Ability to work as a team and individually when required
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be a quick decision maker and discuss with your superior
- Manage the quality of each individual part manufactured for the project
- Support the Code of conduct, Company policies and JQS.
