Cedar Wood Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Manager for a hotel in KZN R15,000-R18,000 DOE

Overview of Job
To maintain the gardens and property throughout the seasons with focus on the grounds being the show case and marketing aspect of the Hotel.

Specific Job Description
To bring knowledge of the gardens into the Hotel and grounds, allowing the gardens to flourish. This is to happen 365 days of the year, taking into account planning around winter frost and summer rains. To manage a Gardens Team to get the best effect for the gardens and grounds. To maintain the high standards within the Hotel and Property within budget.
To maintain the tools and work shop and wood supplies for all fire places.
To once a year to plan, manage and conduct fire and line breaks, manage the growth of trees on the property. To maintain the property for maintenance and keep such to standard. To maintain relationships with suppliers. Operate equipment like water plant, pumps, generator and other sorts of equipment.
