Requirements
- Diploma in maintenance/trades equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality maintenance (lodge, camps, hotels)- Essential
- Candidates must have existing home base / arrangements in the Western Cape.
- MUST have driver’s license, tractor driving experience, 4 x 4 Experience with valid PDP
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance on all maintenance systems (Electrical, generator, solar, plumbing, building, roads, air-conditioning, refrigerators, gas heating appliances, power tools, pool & jacuzzi maintenance)
- Sound knowledge in property & vehicle maintenance
- Good communications skills
- Adaptable & flexible to changes and problems
- Ability to train and mentor maintenance assistants
- Hardworking, mature, hands-on with sober habits, brilliant general handyman
- Very Fit & physically able
- Must have own reliable transport.
