Qualified and well experienced Hotel/Lodge Maintenance Manager.
- General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.
- Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
- Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.
- Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
- Reliability and adaptability.
- General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
- Upkeep repairs of all public areas.
- Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the ompany policies and legislative requirements.
- Exceptional report writing skill.
- Weekly and Monthly reports
- Control and manage stock levels and reports
- Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project Management and General Building Maintenance within the hospitality industry.
- Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.
- Project Management is essential.
- MS Office (Excel & Stock system) is essential.
- Valid RSA ID is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and PDP is required.
