We have one 12-month learnership opportunity available for a candidate within the Vulamathuba Empumelelo team. The learner will be supporting the implementation of the department's learning and development programmes.
The successful applicant will need to commit to the program for a period of 12 months and complete an Accredited NQF L4/5 Qualification while gaining valuable work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES / SKILLS:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences/Humanities
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
- Tutoring/mentoring experience
- PGCE (highly advantageous)
- Background in research/monitoring and evaluation (highly advantageous)
- Community development/facilitation experience (highly advantageous)
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
