Lead Technical Manager - CCTV

Position: Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and service a range of security systems including alarms, access control, and CCTV.
Conduct fault-finding, wiring, and troubleshooting with precision and expertise.
Travel to customer locations to deliver high-quality, hands-on support and installations.

What We're Looking For:

Alarm System Expertise: Strong experience in alarm installation and troubleshooting.
CCTV & Access Control: Proficient in installing and maintaining CCTV systems and access control.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to engage with customers professionally, handling demanding situations with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Problem Solver: Adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a can-do attitude.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach in all aspects of your work, ensuring installations are done to the highest standard.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

Valid driving license.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
PSIRA registration (Grade B).
