Junior Working Spa Manager
Century City, Cape Town - Seeking a Vibrant & Ambitious Internationally Junior Spa Manager (working manager) for an Upmarket Spa
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum 2 years in a Senior Therapist or Assistant Manager role
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel.
ESP experience an advantage
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Flexible and available to work shifts.
Will need to do full time therapy, so qualified as a Beauty Therapist is a requirement.
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps
Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven
Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.
Strong verbal and written communication
Own reliable transport
Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.
Strong leadership skills
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8h00 to 17h00 - (1 - 2 Saturdays per month)
Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
