Junior Wealth Advisor/Private Banker - Relocation to Ebene, Mauritius

Role & Responsibilities:

Drive business development for our products in your designated region or target market
Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI, and institutional investors through your own network
Coordinate with administrative and back-office teams to smoothly onboard investors
Provide exceptional client service through sharp communication and proactive engagement
Grow share of wallet with each client over time through cross-selling, top-ups, and portfolio management assistance where permitted

Requirements:
Requirements:

2-5 years of proven success in Wealth Management, Private Banking or related sales roles
Agility, responsiveness and ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong execution skills
Market foresight, learning agility and a team-player attitude
Ability to translate client needs into well-defined solutions
Strategic and tactical planning and execution capabilities
Hands-on approach and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
